Community First: a peek at The Club's first project!

The Club has adopted its first Community Garden!

Partnering with the community in a new project, the High Bridge Club has taken on the task of restoring the Lincoln Park Community Garden. Restoring this historic location will mark our first of hopefully many community outreach projects as we make a positive impact for our Minnesota gardeners. The garden is planned to feature fruit trees and vegetable plots which will grow produce to be donated to the local community, as well as a variety of ornamental and floral features to beautify this space long left to grow over.

We plan to use the garden for organizing community events ranging from educational presentations and classes to entertainment featuring local and regional talent.

You might see us working out there if you are in the neighborhood. Feel free to come by and say hello! Adults who wish to help us with cleanup may inquire directly about jobs that need doing. We need all the help we can get as we move forward with this first project!

Website is On The Way!

The website is still in a flux state, hosting has been configured and functionality+content is in development, and the club will soon be posting updates, basic membership and operation info, meeting information, community resources, and other bits and bobs here on the site.
